Kieron O’Hara is a senior research fellow at the University of Southampton, UK, and a research fellow for the Centre for Policy Studies. He currently chairs the Transparency Sector Panel for Crime and Criminal Justice, advising the UK Home Office and Ministry of Justice on releases of open data.
