Jörg Dräger

Jörg Dräger, 47 is an education experts. In 2001, Dräger became Hamburg’s minister of science and research under Mayor Ole von Beust, a position he used to successfully fight for the introduction of tuition fees. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Bertelsmann Stiftung Executive Board. He wrote together with Müller-Eiselt a book called Die digitale Bildungsrevolution (Education’s Digital Revolution), they call for greater inclusion of new media in Germany’s educational system. The book was published in September 2015 by Deutsche Verlags-Anstalt (DVA).
