Charles Moore

Charles Moore is a British journalist and political commentator. He served as editor of “The Spectator” (1984 to 1990), the "Sunday Telegraph (1992 to 1995) and the “Daily Telegraph” (1995 to 2003). He left his post to write the authorized biography of former British prime minister Margaret Thatcher, which will be published after her death. Moore studied history at Cambridge University and remains a regular columnist for the Telegraph and the Spectator.
